Return My Product

Have you purchased an item from just-scrape-it.com and are not fully satisfied with it? Whatever your reasons, you can return your item to us simply and free of charge.

You have 30 days (from the receipt or collection of your package) to be reimbursed or exchange your returned items in good condition*.

To do this, nothing could be simpler; follow the steps below:

• Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Order Number below.
• Select a return reason.
• If your order shows damage, you can attach photos to your request (highly recommended).
• You can, if you wish, send us a message.

Once your request has been sent, we will email you a prepaid return label. All you have to do is print it, attach it to your package, and send it back to us via your nearest Post Office.

We will contact you as soon as possible to find out if you would like an exchange, a refund, or a credit note for the amount of your order.

*We also ask you to comply with the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• The original tags must still be attached to the items.
• Accessories must be in their original packaging.
• Items must be in their original box.
• Products must not show signs of wear due to use.
